Sweet & Spicy Mustard Salmon

Ingredients

  • 4oz salmon, boneless and skinless

  • 1 tablespoon Trader Joe's Sweet & Spicy Mustard

  • Handful of haricots verts (or any veggie!)

  • 1 teaspoon olive oil

  • Salt & pepper to taste

  • Green onion to garnish

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees

  2. Toss hericots verts in olive oil, salt and pepper

  3. Spread mustard over salmon

  4. Transfer hericots verts and salmon onto piece of foil and cover salmon with another piece of foil to make a packet

  5. Bake for 14 minutes

  6. Optional: Turn broil on high and uncover salmon, broil for 2 minutes

  7. Top with green onions

  8. Enjoy!
