Place tortilla on a flat surface and cut a slit half way from the bottom to the middle of the tortilla with a sharp knife
Fill each quadrant with cheese
Fold the first quarter of the tortilla over the second one
Fold the second quarter of the tortilla over the third one
Fold the last quarter of the tortilla so you have a triangle
In a pan, heat some butter and add each triangle, grilling until cheese is melted and tortillas are crispy
Serve with dipping sauce of choice
