Pat loves a good flatbread and is so excited to share this new Avocado Flatbread recipe with you! The melty mozzarella combined with avocado and balsamic glaze makes this flatbread a must! Ingredients

1 Trader Joe’s ready made pizza crust
Trader Joe's marinated mozzarella balls and 2 tbsp reserved herb oil
2 tbsp parmesan cheese
2 medium tomatoes, sliced
1 large avocado, diced
1/2 lemon, juiced
3-4 basil leaves, sliced
Balsamic glaze, to taste
Salt, to taste

Directions

Slice 10 mozzarella balls in half and evenly spread over ready made pizza crust. Top with tomato and drizzle reserved herb oil over top
Bake in oven at 425ºF for 7-8 minutes; until cheese has melted and crust turns golden brown
Dice avocado and coat with fresh lemon juice
Remove pizza from oven and top with avocado and basil. Season with salt to taste
Finish with parmesan cheese and balsamic glaze
Slice and serve immediately
