Ingredients

3-4 ears of corn (can be adjusted depending on number of servings)
Trader Joe's 101 BBQ Seasoning
Avocado oil spray
To taste: cotija cheese, green onion, cilantro
Sauce: Trader Joe's Chile Lime Mayo (can sub 1/2 cup regular mayo, 1 tbsp chili powder & juice from lime)

Directions

Cook corn (either by boiling or 2 minutes in Instantpot)
Once cooled, slice horizontally then vertically
Spray with avocado oil
Toss with BBQ 101 seasoning liberally until all pieces are coated
Garnish with cotija cheese, cilantro, green onion
Enjoy with chile lime mayo!

Embarrassing newbie question here: the plating above is adorable: but the diner won’t eat the entire piece of corn, correct? They are still going to nibble the kernels off the cob, right?
