This rocked! I didn’t feel like paying a whole lot for goat cheese, so I used ricotta and also added chunks of spicy sausage. I used the low sodium version of the squash and am sooo full! Thanks for this recipe

Hi! Do you cook the tortellini the typical way with boiling water? It skips that part.
