Air frying cauliflower gnocchi is all the rave! It makes them crispy (almost like a tater tot) and perfect for dipping in your favorite sauce. Don't worry, you can always use an oven if you do not have an air fryer, it will take a little more time (and energy!)
In a mixing bowl combine frozen cauliflower gnocchi, olive oil, salt, garlic powder, dried basil and 1 tbsp of the parmesan. Mix well and add to the air fryer basket.
Air fry at 400 F for 10 minutes, shaking the basket half way so that the gnocchi doesn’t stick together.
Top with 2 more tbsp of grated parmesan and spray with non-stick spray.
Air fry again at 400 degrees for 5-7 minutes or until the gnocchi is crispy enough to your liking.
Serve with romesco dip (I heated mine up) and enjoy!
