Peppermint Pretzel Bark

Ingredients

  • 1/2 c dark chocolate chunks/chips

  • 1/2 c white chocolate chunks/chips

  • 1/3 c pretzels, chopped

  • 1/2 tsp peppermint extract (1/4 tsp for each chocolate mixture)

  • 1 tsp coconut oil (1/2 tsp for each chocolate mixture)

Directions

  1. Combine dark chocolate pieces with 1/2 tsp coconut oil, mix well, and heat in a microwaveable bowl for 30 second increments, until fully melted

  2. Once melted, add in 1/4 tsp peppermint extract, and mix well

  3. In a separate bowl, repeat this exact process with the white chocolate pieces

  4. Break apart pretzels into pieces, and spread across a parchment-lined baking sheet

  5. Pour melted dark chocolate mixture over the pretzel pieces, and spread out evenly

  6. Repeat with the melted white chocolate mixture

  7. Using a knife, swirl both mixtures into one another, until evenly combined

  8. Top with holiday sprinkles, if using

  9. Place into the freezer for at least 30 minutes

  10. Once hardened, break apart into pieces or chop with a sharp knife

  11. Enjoy and store in the freezer!
