
Savory Chicken Salad Sandwich

Ingredients
1 lb shredded chicken
1 finely chopped red onion
1 ½ cups chopped celery
1 ½ shredded, siced, or slivered carrots
2 cups crunchy chow mein noodles
1 ½ cups mayo
¼ Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon baby dill
1 tablespoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste

Directions
Start by finely chopping your veggies and set them to the side
Mix mayo, and Dijon mustard, add your spices and mix well to combine
Add your veggies, chicken, chow mein noodles, and mix
Chill in the fridge for about 30 minutes (If preferred)
Serve on fresh croissants & enjoy!
