These buns are a bit a temperamental when trying to open them to grill; we ended up with the outsides grilled and only some of the insides grilled. Adjusted the mayo mix to include mustard to add a bit more zing to it and adjusted the spices since we enjoy more than just salt/pepper/lemon. Good base recipe, but one bag of shrimp def not enough for my family. Now we know, though, and have this as a good base to go off of for next time.
