Add 1/2 cup of enchilada sauce and whipped cream cheese to skillet on medium heat. Stir until cream cheese is completely melted in sauce. Add in shredded chicken and allow to heat through
Spray skillet with oil and heat tortillas on both sides
Fill tortillas with chicken mixture, roll, and place seam side down in baking dish
Drizzle remaining enchilada sauce over top of tortillas top with cheese, and bake at 425° for 15-20 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly
Top with your favorite toppings and enjoy!
