Chocolate Chip S'Mores Cookies

Serving 10-12 cookies


  • 1 1/2 C flour
  • 1 1/2 C coarsely crushed graham crackers
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 C butter
  • 3/4 C brown sugar
  • 3/4 C white sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 eggs
  • heaping 1/2 C chocolate chips
  • marshmallows, Graham crackers, flakey sea salt, & chopped chocolate bars for topping


  1. Preheat oven to 350°F
  2. Whisk flour, Graham crackers, salt, and baking powder in a medium bowl and set aside.
  3. In a stand mixer, add butter, white and brown sugar and mix into a cream.
  4. Add in the vanilla and eggs. Beat well into the mixture. 
  5. Add dry ingredients from step 2 into mixture using a spatula.
  6. Add in chocolate chips.
  7. Using a tablespoon, drop cookie dough on an ungreased baking sheet. Bake for 8-10 min.
  8. Remove from oven and add marshmallows, chocolate chunks, and graham cracker crumbs. Place back in oven and bake for 2-3 more min. Cookies should be golden brown!
  9. Sprinkle with sea salt and use a kitchen torch to get that roasted marshmallow look (you can also switch your oven to broil and broil until browned!) 
  10. Let cool and ENJOY!
