One of my favorite kids food was the Aunti Anns cinnamon pretzels. I haven’t had anything semi close to these since becoming healthier and gluten free until I started making cinnamon roasted Cauliflower Gnocchi. So I figured, why not make it into an auntie ann inspired cinnamon gnocchi heaven, but make it even better by adding healthy coconut icing?! When I did it I realized it not only tastes like an Auntie Ann cinnamon pretzel but also a delicious cinnamon bun. This instantly became a favorite recipe of mine for a little sweet treat that is low sugar, Paleo, and has vegetables.
