Truffle Cauliflower Gnocchi

Directions

1. Cook cauliflower gnocchi in air fryer at 400 degrees for 10 minutes, or until crispy

2. Meanwhile, chop mushrooms and sauté́ with a few cloves of chopped garlic and some salt

3. Add gnocchi to pan and stir in 2 tablespoons of truffle dip

4. Stir in a handful of arugula and add salt and more truffle powder, to taste

5. Enjoy!
