1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese (shaker can works best)
3/4 tsp garlic powder
Directions
Cut your zucchini into fries that are about 1/2 inch thick and 3 – 4 inches long
Lay them on a paper towel to absorb some of the water
Lay out three bowls. Add the flour and garlic powder to one bowl. Scramble the eggs in another bowl. Add the breadcrumbs and parmesan cheese to the third bowl
Open up your air fryer so that you can add each fry to the air fryer as soon as you coat it
Dip the zucchini fry in the flour mixture, then the egg mixture, and then the breadcrumb mixture. Add to the air fryer basket. Repeat until the basket is full
Cook at 400ºF for 8-9 minutes. Repeat with the second batch or until all zucchini is used
