Bruschetta Chicken Sausages

Ingredients

  • 1 package Sundried Tomato Chicken Sausages

  • 1 package brioche or regular hot dog buns

  • 1-2 cups shredded mozzarella, fontina or both

  • 1-3 tablespoons fresh basil, diced

  • For the bruschetta

  • 1 12-16oz package of cherry tomatoes

  • 1-2 cloves of garlic, diced

  • 1 small shallot, diced

  • 1-3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

  • Balsamic vinegar or balsamic vinegar syrup, to taste

  • Honey, to taste

  • Salt & pepper, to taste

Directions

  1. Grill, saute, bake, or air fry sausages 10-20 minutes, until done

  2. Toast or grill buns

  3. Combine all bruschetta ingredients in a bowl

  4. Tuck the sausages into buns and top with cheese

  5. Broil or air fry sausages until the cheese is melted

  6. Pile on the bruschetta and enjoy!
