1 pound ground beef
2 tablespoons taco seasoning
1/2 cup salsa
1/4 cup water
Canned refried beans, heated
Large flour tortillas
Avocado oil spray
Cook ground beef which is seasoned with 2 tablespoons of taco seasoning, half a cup of red salsa, and added a few splashes of water before allowing to simmer and cook through
Heat your favorite refried beans on stove top until warmed through
Assemble Crunchwraps: spread a spoonful of beans (about two tablespoons) in the center of a large tortilla. Next, spread about a tablespoon of jarred queso on top. Top with a crunchy tostada shell and spread about a tablespoon of sour cream on top. Add taco meat (about 1/3 cup), shredded cheese (about a tablespoon), shredded lettuce, and diced tomatoes. Fold in pieces of the tortilla to center
Heat skillet on medium heat and spray with avocado oil. Place crunchwrap seam side down and allow to brown about one minute on each side
Serve with your favorite hot sauce and enjoy!
