Dill Pickle Falafel Bowl

Directions

1. Prepare orzo until cooked

2. Meanwhile, add falafel to air fryer and cook for 7-8 minutes at 350ºF

3. While orzo and falafel are cooking, prepare Greek salad

4. Dice tomato, red onion, and cucumber, add to a bowl, and mix

5. Add salt, pepper, and garlic to taste

6. Drizzle olive oil and squeeze of lemon

7. Once orzo is done, drain and rinse

Build your bowl

1. Add orzo to the bottom of your bowl

2. Layer falafel and Greek salad

3. Add a dollop tzatziki and hummus

4. Layer on pickles

5. Sprinkle feta cheese
