Chocolate Protein Hummus

Serves 2-4


  • 1.5 cups drained garbanzo beans 
  • ¼ cup Chocolate protein scoop
  • ¼ cup apple sauce
  • ¼ cup cacao powder or cocoa 
  • ½  cup water
  • 1 TB maple syrup 
  • Dash of salt


  1. Add all ingredients to a food processor (or blender) and blend until smooth. If you would like it thinner you can always add more water, or maple syrup!
  2. Enjoy with fruit, rice cakes, or crackers for dipping!
