Recently, Pat shared with you a Dairy Free Pumpkin Spice Yogurt recipe and now wants to share a Gluten Free Pumpkin Spice Granola topping recipe that pairs perfectly that you don't want to miss! This recipe is also vegan, dairy free, and refined sugar free that incorporates all the flavors of the season!
In a food processor or blender, add your almonds and pumpkin seeds. Pulse until coarsely chopped, but not too small
Add everything in a mixing bowl. Mix with Pat (or any spatula!) to make sure everything is incorporated
Add parchment to a sheet tray and pour your granola into a flat, even layer. Place in the oven and roast for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes check to see how it is looking, if it is golden brown and crispy, pull it out. If not, place in the oven for another 5 minutes. Remove once golden brown
Cool for 20 minutes then store in an airtight container
Enjoy with your favorite yogurts, dessert, fruit, etc.
