Peanut Butter Avocado Mousse

Ingredients
- 4 ripe avocados
- Peanut Butter* 1/2 cup
- Cacao 1/2 cup
- Melted 100% chocolate bar
- Honey ½ cup
- Salt ¼ tsp
- Vanilla bean paste ½ tsp
- Raspberry garnish
Instructions

Add all but raspberry garnish to food processor and process until smooth. Taste and adjust seasoning

Layer the mousse between layers of raspberries. (can pipe this through a sandwich bag, or scoop with spatula). Garnish with raspberries and micro planned chocolate.
*If you have an allergy to peanuts, sub out with almond butter.
