Peanut Butter Avocado Mousse

  • 4 ripe avocados
  • Peanut Butter* 1/2 cup
  • Cacao 1/2 cup
  • Melted 100% chocolate bar
  • Honey ½ cup
  • Salt ¼ tsp
  • Vanilla bean paste ½ tsp
  • Raspberry garnish


  1. Add all but raspberry garnish to food processor and process until smooth. Taste and adjust seasoning

  2. Layer the mousse between layers of raspberries. (can pipe this through a sandwich bag, or scoop with spatula). Garnish with raspberries and micro planned chocolate. 

*If you have an allergy to peanuts, sub out with almond butter.
