Air Fried Japanese Sweet Potato Fries
One of my favorite foods is a Japanese Sweet Potato. If you haven’t tried them yet please go run to the store for them. They are halfway between potato and yam. They are white with a purple skin and are naturally super sweet. They get way crispier than yams so they are perfect for french fries! This is my go to air fryer recipe for Japanese Sweet Potato Fries!

Mango Guacamole
With Cinco de Mayo right around the corner, it would be a crime if I didn’t post a Mexican themed recipe. One of my favorite dips ever, if not favorite, is Guacamole. The silky avocado mixed with crunchy onions, jalapeños, and tang from the acid is the best on just about everything. I love to add a little sweetness by adding a ripe mango, taking it to another level. This Guac is a must for this Cinco de Mayo, and just about every Taco Tuesday! -
Hot Pepper Bolognese
Since my family is Italian, I grew up eating really good Bolognese and it was my mother’s specialty! I love a classic bolognese, but sometimes I like to switch it up and add some spices. This is my go to recipe to spice up the classic bolognese and make it a little more interesting! -
